Fly Tying Workshop
On Tuesday, June 21, 2025 from 5-6:30pm Crowley Fish Foundation will be hosting a fly tying workshop for Tribal youth ages 10-15. Parents/guardians must register their children by noon on Friday, January 17th using this form: https://arcg.is/myjG10. Space will be limited to 10 Tribal youth. The workshop will be located at the Owens-Valley Paiute-Shoshone Cultural Center.

Water Quality Control Program (WQCP) Triennial Review
The Water Quality Control Program will hold a virtual public hearing regarding the review of the Tribe’s Water Quality Standards (WQS) as part of the EPA’s Triennial Review requirements [CWA 303(c)(1); 40 CFR 131.20]. The hearing will be conducted on October 8th, 2024, at 4:30 PM. Registration for the virtual public hearing is required: https://www.zoomgov.com/meeting/register/vJIsdu2qrDgvHQJ6Pq3n5dkWsmApgl2vrK0.
The Tribe’s water quality standards can be found here.
Physical copies are also available for public viewing Monday-Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Environmental Management Office located at 50-B Tu Su Lane, Bishop, CA.
Interested persons may attend and submit oral or written statements at the public hearing or through this Google Form. The deadline for comments will be on October 10th, 2024.
