The Water Quality Control Program will hold a virtual public hearing regarding the review of the Tribe’s Water Quality Standards (WQS) as part of the EPA’s Triennial Review requirements [CWA 303(c)(1); 40 CFR 131.20]. Physical copies are also available for public viewing Monday-Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Environmental Management Office located at 50-B Tu Su Lane, Bishop, CA.

Interested persons may attend and submit oral or written statements at the public hearing or through this Google Form. The deadline for comments will be on October 10th, 2024.
